If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please send an e-mail with an accompanying clear photo of the product to contact@umamicatering.com.au
Full refunds including shipping cost will need to be given for any faulty/damaged products under Australian Consumer Laws
CANCELLATION POLICY
An order must be cancelled 2 business days before the required date, to be eligible for a refund.
If an order is requested to be cancelled within the above mentioned windows, we are happy to offer a full credit note to use within 12 months.
When a refund has been processed, it may take between 1-10 business days for the money to successfully process into your account.
