CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Absolutely. You can browse our Dietary menu here.

Each product is labelled (Vegetarian), VG (Vegan), GF (Gluten Free), NF (Nut Free) (Halal)
Please note, some menu items not listed under dietary can also be adjusted, please give us a call on 9070 0113

CAN I MAKE A CUSTOM ORDER?

If you have a special event coming up and you're looking for something more specific, we would love to help feed your crowd.

DO YOU DELIVER?

Absolutely! furthermore, it'sfree deliveryon all orders over $150 within our delivery zone.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?

  • For deliveries, we have a minimum order of $100.
  • For pick-up, we have no minimum order.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE A SAME DAY CATERING ORDER?

Everything on our menu is human made fresh on the day. It would be quite a squeeze however, we will always do our best to make it happen. It's best to give us a call 9070 0113(like, right now lol)

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE A NEXT DAY DELIVERY?

Absolutely! your order must be placed before 2:00 PM.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes. We offer pick up at our locations listed below:

  • Poked - Shop 3, 551 Little Lonsdale Street, Melbourne(Mon - Sun: 9am - 8pm)
  • Poked - T6, 567 Collins Street, Melbourne(Mon - Fri: 8am - 4pm)
  • Poked - Shop 10, 50 Lonsdale Street Melbourne(Mon - Fri: 8am - 4pm)
  • Poked - Shop 419, 264 George Street, Sydney(Mon - Fri: 8am - 4pm)
  • Poked - G57, 21 Chancellors walk, Monash University, Clayton(Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm)
  • Katsu King x Bao Down - Container 57, Grazeland, 20(Fri: 5pm - 9pm, Sat - Sun: 11am - 9pm)

HOW DO I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

To amend or cancel your order, please give us a call on 9070 0113 or shoot us through an email:contact@umamicatering.com.au

Cancellations can be made 48 hours before the date of delivery/pick up without charge however, cancellations made thereafter may incur a fee.

WILL DISPOSABLE PLATES AND CUTLERY BE PROVIDED?

Yes, unless stated otherwise in the notes section upon check out.

WILL HOT ITEMS BE SERVED HOT?

When possible our hot food will be served warm.
They will likely require some light heating up.
